Today special guest Steve Gaghagen talked with great enthusiasm about the colors of personality, and how knowing those traits can help you in relating to people in general and those in your downline in particular. I must say that Steve's westernunion agents presentation was top notch and reminded me of classes I took in pursuit of my MBA. Steve discussed "The Hartman Test", which is used to categorize western union united kingdom cardiff personalities into "color" groups, with each color having distinct characteristics. I took the test HERE and as it turns out I am a white, which I think equates to a Green as presented by Steve.
